The U11 girls concluded their season with solid play and a second place finish in the Seminole Lotto Memorial tournament. Congratulations!

U12 Girls CDL CO-Champions 2009/10 season

LFC U12 Girls CDL 2009/10 Co- Champions

The U12 Girls CDL team had an outstanding season this winter and was awarded the CO-Championship for their age group. Congratulations ladies we are all very PROUD of you.

Also, they played in a mini tournament with RSL combining the two U12 teams. This was the first time the ladies, had played on a full size field. In the four mini-games they did not loose a game.

Referee Class

Lakeland FC is offering a Grade 8 Referee Class for entry level referees, on Saturday and Sunday August 28-29 at St Paul Lutheran School. All Class and registration information can be found on the Florida State Referee website. http://www.fsr-inc.com/

There is another Referee Class in Winter Haven Septemer 11-13 for those that missed the registration for Lakeland. All Class and registration information can be found on the Florida State Referee website. http://www.fsr-inc.com/

Registration will only be open up until 10 days prior to the class or until the class is full so get registered now! There is a required online portion which must also be completed before the class. If this class does not work for your schedule then other courses are listed on the FSR website in other areas.

Anyone who is registering, please also contact David Lucido, the Lakeland FC referee assignor, at lucidochiro@tampabay.rr.com or 670-4458, so he can have your name in his database to get you to work once you become certified, answer any questions you might have, and get you some study guide information for the referee written test.
