If you missed registartion for any reason please complete the following forms and mail them in with your check for $200 as soon as possible. If you require a new uniform or are in need of replacement pieces for your uniform then please email Gerry Armitage garmitage2001@gmail.com. Remeber to have your Medical Release Form notarized before mailing it in.

There are still openings for both the Lake Parker Recreational Camp and the Competitive Camp. Send your registration form in to reserve your spot as soon aas possible. The South Recreational camp was a huge success and we want to bring the same success and atmosphere to Lake Parker. Camp starts on July 13 and runs through July 17th. Cost is $100 for rec camp and $150 for the Competitive camp. Both camps are a great way to fine tune your skills before the seasons start.

Are you interested in learning the fundamentals to the game of soccer? How to convey the drills in practice And what drill s are appropriate to teach players? The F course is a tremendous way to learn necessary skills to better coach your teams. Recreational coaches are highly encouraged to attend. Please download the form here and mail it in to the club's PO Box 1401 Lakeland, FL 33802.Application. The course is on August 29, 2009 and runs from 9-5 and is set both in the classroom and the field. The cost is $50.00 and payment should be made to LFC.
